THE SUDANESE HUMAN RIGHTS QUARTERLY
ISSUE NO. 13, APRIL 2002

This issue of the Quarterly is dedicated to our People's struggle for democracy and peace in which our human rights group appreciates the role that the National Democratic Alliance (NDA), the largest democratic umbrella of Sudanese political parties, trades unions, and military forces has been playing to install the permanent fair peace, rule of law, human rights, and civil freedoms in the country. The Quarterly provides a critical review of the NDA literature and performance through the Organization's studies and field research, and the commentaries of the Sudanese in the Diaspora. Except for the official editorial of the Quarterly, nonetheless, the viewpoints, visions, or criticisms of the individual writers in this issue are representative of the writer position, not the SHRO-Cairo organization.
