SHRO-Cairo commends the Appellate Court of Egypt for the acquittal of the Sudanese citizen Nadia Mohamed Ahmed 'Abdul Nour, who spent almost 2 of 3 years' term of imprisonment, together with Sa'ad al-Deen Ibrahim and Mohamed Hasanain 'Imara of the Ibn Khadlun's Center of Egypt.

The Organization further commends the supportive stand by human rights organizations and democracy groups whose follow-up campaign helped to insure the final release of our Sudanese citizen Nadia 'Abdul Nour and the other human rights colleagues.
